La SIMCE (Società Italiana Medicina Certificativa) è una associazione di carattere scientifico e professionale, fondata nel 2004 che riunisce circa 200 medici sparsi in tutta Italia che svolgono attività di rilascio di idoneità sanitaria in ambito certificativo prevalentemente nei settori della sicurezza di guida, armi e nautico.
E’ una Associazione diffusa su tutto il territorio nazionale ed è articolata in sezioni regionali. La SIMCE ha come compito statutario principale quello della formazione scientifica e professionale in tali materie mediante congressi ed altri eventi ECM.
